After sporting events, operations staffs are frequently expected to have an entire arena transformed and ready to go for another sporting event in less than 24 hours, often for a completely different team. This particularly impacts the retail operations, who need to have both merchandise and team branding changed out in all stores very quickly. OPTO joined forces with Delaware North to create a solution at Little Caesar’s Arena that maximized efficiency of this process. Mobile floor fixtures and rotating wall panel systems dramatically decreased setup time, allowing for sales staffs to spend their valuable preparation time elsewhere. The innovative store consists of Basics Collection floor fixtures, Reveal Collection tables, and Classic Collection rotatable wall panels.
