When Crabtree & Evelyn took steps to expand their successful flagship program to the outlet market, they turned to RGLA Solutions. Their expertise, combined with OPTO’s extensive range of capabilities and quality manufacturing, resulted in a retail environment that excites and engages. Inspired by a traditional English garden, Crabtree & Evelyn looked to create a store that conveys the brand message while achieving the capacity requirements of an outlet. After an in-depth brand evaluation, RGLA developed a design that would promote product discovery with a market feel, telling the merchandise story from entry point, to shelf, to checkout. Custom-designed specialty fixtures, manufactured alongside OPTO’s standard range of modular components, created a scalable design that could be translated into existing outlet locations as well as new build-outs. The eclectic market feel elicited a response of curiosity throughout the store, enticing shoppers to walk out with merchandise in hand.
