One of the challenges Endurance House faces as a rapidly growing triathlon brand retailer is maintaining a consistent look and feel across independently owned franchises. In working with the OPTO design team, they were able to identify a program that could be rolled out into each location with the flexibility to scale based on square footage, merchandise diversity and volume. By selecting OPTO's Classic Collection freestanding fixtures and perimeter wall systems, a single inventory of modular accessories could be configured and re-configured on the fly. The diverse mix of tri-sports gear and apparel is now expertly presented and organized. Integrated signage on the perimeter combined lifestyle images and category call-outs directing shoppers to each merchandise grouping. Altogether, OPTO's fixture collections provided not just a synergy within each location, but across the dozen Endurance House franchise locations.
